Dear COC member,

The board of COC Haaglanden cordially invites you to attend the General Members' Meeting of COC Haaglanden.

This will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 in the association building at Scheveningseveer 7 in The Hague, starting at 20.00.

The agenda and attachments have been sent digitally to members with an email address (known to us). You can find and download the appendices associated with the agenda items below.

The agenda includes various work plans and the budget for 2019. A number of board appointments and an amendment to the internal regulations will also be submitted. Before we start with the formal meeting, we will pay attention to the appointment of Kim Waanders as a member of merit. This was confirmed in the previous general members meeting.

Do you have questions or comments about the documents or other subjects? Then let us know in advance! Send an email to the secretary at secretaris@cochaaglanden.nl, please before December 4, 2018. This gives us the opportunity to prepare well. Meeting documents can also be sent by post upon request.
