The board of COC Haaglanden cordially invites you to attend the General Members' Meeting of COC Haaglanden.

This will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 in the association building at Scheveningseveer 7 in The Hague, starting at 20.00. The meeting will take place in the COC café.

The agenda includes the annual report and the budget for 2018. A board appointment will be submitted to you: Jan de Graaf has made himself available for the position of general board member. We also propose that you appoint a member of merit. The report of the accountant (agenda item 6) and of the audit committee (agenda item 7) are not yet ready, as soon as they are available we will send them and they will be placed on the site.
