Can you be yourself at work?
Not everyone can answer this with a resounding yes. The central government wants to be an inclusive employer; everyone should be able to be themselves and feel safe and accepted. That is why the central government is paying attention to the Coming Out Day. The Ministry of Economic Affairs has the honor to celebrate this day for the first time with LGBTI employees from several Ministries. And together with multinationals such as PostNL, the Dutch Railways and ASML.

On 11 October 2017, everyone is welcome in the Veegenszaal (A passage 15.00) from 7 p.m. to attend the program:

• 15.00-15.30 walk-in
• 15.30-15.55 welcome and warm-up
• 15.55-16.40 talk show 1: social acceptance at work: Post NL, NS, ASML, RVO
• 16.40-17.25 talk show 2: how diverse are we really? Including Jojanneke van der Toorn, professor of Workplace Pride; Robert Takken, diversity manager PostNL.
• 17.25-18.30 drinks
