Alltogether Challenge Municipality of The Hague: https://alltogether-challenge.nl/gemeente-den-haag/

The Rainbow Municipalities of the Haaglanden Region will raise the rainbow flag on 11 October and roll out the rainbow carpet. The day that your municipality shows that your coming-out is allowed and that everyone is welcome. These Rainbow Municipalities: The Hague, Zoetermeer, Westland, Delft and Leidschendam-Voorburg in collaboration with COC Haaglanden DWH Delft are joining forces and building a strong policy for a safe living and working environment in the LGBTI+ community.

Each municipality has its own programme, but all raise the flag, roll out the carpet and offer space for a photo exhibition about coming out. At the end of the day, the five aldermen meet at Het Filmhuis in The Hague to discuss their policy and attend a theatrical information session by the Homonologists. Later in the evening, the movie Girl will premiere!

Photo Exhibition: Coming Out in Perspective
Five times a coming-out, ten times a story. When it comes to the struggle of coming out, a personal story touches the deepest, it really creates movement and awareness. This exhibition tells the story and in perspective. Everyone who walks by, everyone who looks and everyone who sees. A responsibility for and of society as a whole. These 10 people show that they can and dare to be themselves in the municipality in which they live, i.e. the Hague region. As a contribution to a more tolerant society in which all people in all municipalities in all their diversity can simply be as they are. Man. Coming out in perspective
