Mooi Welzijn is organizing a diversity dinner in collaboration with the Boro and COC Haaglanden, with the theme: sexual and gender diversity. The theme serves as a guideline for the conversation. Not all lesbian women, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and intersex people (LGBTI) feel safe in their own neighbourhood. The Municipality of The Hague wants everyone to feel at home in the neighborhood and to be able to be themselves.

How does the diversity dinner work?
Get to know fellow townspeople you wouldn't otherwise come into contact with. In other words: the diversity dinner. The conversations take place in varied groups of 6 to 8 people. Dinner is served during the conversation. At each table there is a moderator who is familiar with the theme of 'sexual and gender diversity'. The facilitator has a central role in the dialogue. It's the moderator's job to make sure everyone feels comfortable and the conversation stays animated.

The diversity dinner will take place on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 17.30:19.30 PM to XNUMX:XNUMX PM, at a central location in the Escamp district to be determined.
