In order to guarantee this safe environment, we have drawn up a code of good conduct that states which behavior we encourage and which behavior we would rather not see.

Nevertheless, we sometimes have to deal with visitors who behave in a disruptive way. This behavior may be perceived by others as threatening. In such cases, we enter into a discussion and we can choose to impose a ban on pledge. After such a ban, the board invites the person for a meeting, together with the local police officer. We then discuss what behavior we do not accept and what behavior we want to see.

If they stick to the agreements, we can decide to lift the ban on premises. If this does not happen, the ban on pledge can be re-introduced or a declaration can be made.
