The Hague is changing, COC Haaglanden is changing with it.

 In his New Year's speech, Harry Derksen gave an overview of the many changes that have taken place within COC Haaglanden over the past year. He thanked everyone for his or her efforts and the Municipality of The Hague was also specially thanked for its involvement in the emancipation of LBHT-ers.
 
"When I took office I had made three personal plans: the bike rack in front of our cafe had to go; the cafe had to be restyled and the Homo monument had to get a new and dignified place, instead of the damn corner at Madurodam. Soon we hope to get a definitive answer about the definitive new location of the Homo monument, so that all three of my personal issues have actually been realized! “
