From Tuesday, October 19, 2021, to Thursday, November 11, 2021, the Pride Photo Exhibition in The Hague can be viewed on Laan van Reagan and Gorbachev, next to the International Gay Monument.

This LGBTQI+ photo exhibition shows a selection of more than 20 images submitted from 2.500 countries on 40 large panels. The high-quality photos put various urgent topics on the agenda, such as loneliness among older LGBTQI+ people, violence against transgender people, LGBTQI+ refugee issues and Black Lives Matter. At the same time, the exhibition also confronts visitors with their own prejudices and assumptions.

The themes are named in short texts on the panels. If you need more information, you can scan a QR code, which can be used to call up additional information about the photographer, the work and the subject. Some panels also have an audio clip to listen to.

Due to the pandemic and the resulting security measures, it was decided to keep the exhibition in public space and therefore still be visible.

The official opening will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 16:00 PM by Alderman Arjen Kapteijns, of Social Affairs, Work and Emancipation.
