Last week, a rainbow flag was hung in Madurodam, in miniature Amsterdam to be precise! The miniature city thus provides an even more complete picture of the Netherlands.

Hostess Laura Kooke, also information officer at COC Haaglanden, noticed that there was no rainbow flag in Madurodam. And this while in a film the city does tell about the history of the Netherlands and how everyone in this country can be themselves. Inquiries learned that there was a pink flag in the past, but when it broke, it was never replaced. Laura's suggestion to hang a rainbow flag was realized within a week. With a beautiful result.
