As part of “The Hague Festivals”, the multicultural festival “De Parade” took place on 12 July on the grounds of the new municipal park “De Verademing” in The Hague. During the procession to introduce the festival, a number of Africans, including Ugandan, gays and lesbians, carried this banner with them, which was greeted with approval by those present and photographed by the chairman of the COC Haaglanden residential group 45+ “La Vie en Rose"
