For which target group are the Zilveruitjes meant?

De Zilveruitjes are meetings for elderly people who are part of the LGBTI community and everyone who feels at home. We meet every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month in the COC café. You are very welcome from 15:00 PM to 21:00 PM.

What activities are organised?

Various types of activities are organised. Last year we went to Museum Sophiahof, we organized bingo, a boat trip in collaboration with the Ooievaart, we went together to the Remembrance Day at the International Gay Monument, we had a live performance by a Jazz band led by Uli Glassmann, a pub quiz with questions from our youth, the preliminary round of the COC Song Festival and we had a Sinterklaas celebration and a Christmas dinner.

If you the Zilveruitjes If you had to describe it in one sentence, what would you say?

De Zilveruitjes are well-attended meetings that pink seniors from all over the region like to attend.

What's in the pipeline... Which activity would you like to do again for the Zilveruitjes want to come up with something that isn't there yet?

It would be great if we could... Zilveruitjes to get away for a weekend for once. That seems great to me.
