The majority of the Netherlands believes that equal rights and position within society are important for LGBTQIA+ people. Especially volunteers, welfare workers, coordinating persons and key figures find this an important subject. However, there is often a lack of substantive knowledge about sexual and gender diversity. They are extensive and sometimes complicated themes. That is why knowledge about the topics is necessary before action is taken. In this workshop we will work with your organization and you will come back with practical tools to make your organization safer for LGBTQIA+ people.

This training is intended for board members of organizations in The Hague, voluntary key persons, youth workers and other professionals in the social domain. They can increase their competences to make sexual diversity a topic for discussion and to intervene adequately/normatively where there may be unfair treatment of LGBTIQ+ people.
