Political Cafe

What is it like to be a lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer or transgender in the
municipality of Zoetermeer? What can local politics do for its LGBTIQ+ residents
mean? And what can COC Haaglanden do for the Zoetermeer LGBTIQ+
community?

The policy working group of the COC Haaglanden wants to discuss this with the
LGBTIQ+ community and local politics. The first edition of our political cafe
was in The Hague and provided good input.
On Friday evening September 16 from 19-22 pm it is Zoetermeer's turn for the
political cafe of the COC Haaglanden, held in the library of Zoetermeer
at City Hall Square 1.

The political working group of the COC Haaglanden has consulted all parties of the
city ​​council of Zoetermeer invited to talk to them and the residents
on the following topics: Safety, Visibility and Information and then with
in particular how the city council is doing this for the Zoetermeer LGBTIQ+ residents
to achieve in the next 4 years.
