Dear people of COC Haaglanden,

We are conducting an investigation in the context of sexual minorities. This research is part of a large international project that investigates how different (ethnic, religious and sexual) minority groups in our society live together.
 
This sub-study on sexual minorities will be conducted in more than 15 languages, giving us a unique opportunity to analyze the situation of sexual minorities between different countries (e.g. UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Hungary, Turkey, Brazil, Russia, South Africa).
 
It is a great success for us that professors from 16 countries will collect data in the LGBTIQ* context. However, we had to make compromises and so not all questions are completely optimal. Nevertheless, we will be able to provide feedback on the perceived discrimination, coming-out, and perceived acceptance of different sexual minority groups. In this way we can show the relevance in the scientific world on the one hand and on the other hand provide information about the results directly to LGBTIQ* groups.
 
In order for us to draw meaningful conclusions, we need many different voices – so let your voice be heard!
