Job description: Volunteer Coordinator

As a Volunteer Coordinator, you are the key to recruiting, organizing and motivating our volunteer team. You have a key role in maintaining a strong bond between the volunteers and the COC, whereby you are responsible for the recruitment of new volunteers, managing the volunteer administration and ensuring that all volunteers are well informed about the activities of the COC and feel connected to our association.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting new volunteers.
• Managing the volunteer administration.
• Ensure effective communication between the COC and the volunteers.
• Organizing meetings and events for volunteers.
• Creating a positive and inclusive volunteer experience.

Profile of the ideal candidate:

• Committed to the interests of the LGBTQ+ community.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to invest approximately 8 hours per month in this role.
• No objection to monthly meetings with the communications team.
• Availability of at least six months for this adventure.
