(second meeting of the board of COC Haaglanden)

Dear members,

With this message we remind you that the last General Members' Meeting (GM) of this year will be held on Wednesday 16 December in the COC Haaglanden building in The Hague. The board welcomes you on that day.

The GMM meetings take place twice a year; in March and in December. The upcoming meeting will focus on the annual plans for 2016. Each working group has already submitted its plan for this. We also consider the current position of COC Haaglanden and where we want to go with the organization. We will spar and exchange ideas in order to arrive at concrete actions together. Examples are also discussed that offer practical tools and more insight into the steps that COC Haaglanden will take in 2016!

You will receive the full program of the meeting at the beginning of December at the latest.
