Job description: Coordinator AutiRoze

As AutiRoze Coordinator, you are responsible for organizing and facilitating the monthly meeting. You create a safe and low-stimulus environment where people who identify with LGBTI and autism can meet each other, share experiences and find depth. These meetings take place every fourth Saturday of the month from 19:00 PM to 22:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

– Creating a low-stimulus environment for the target group.

– Organizing and facilitating the AutiRoze networking drinks.

– Promoting encounters, advocacy and visibility within the community.

– Coordinating volunteers involved in AutiRoze.

– Answering questions and providing information about AutiRoze.

Profile of the ideal candidate:

– Affinity with the target group LGBTI and autism.

– Organizational skills and a proactive attitude.

– Able to create a safe and low-stimulus environment.

– Willingness to coordinate the monthly AutiRoze meeting.

– Communication skills to deal effectively with volunteers and the target group.

About AutiRoze at COC Haaglanden:

AutiRoze is a fun meeting that takes place every fourth Saturday of the month from 19:00 PM to 22:30 PM. The initiative focuses on people who identify with LGBTI and autism, and who are normal to gifted. AutiRoze is run by volunteers, most of whom belong to the target group.
